MPHA is committed to respecting the personal privacy of individuals who visit our website. The following statements summarize MPHA’s website privacy policy and practices.

MPHA does not systematically collect any information about the identity of individuals visiting our site. MPHA does collect non-identifying information, in aggregate only, for statistical analysis, to help us develop content that responds to the interests of visitors to the site.

Any personal information we may gather is provided by you on a purely voluntary basis through the completion of registration or application forms. This information is integral to managing a membership-based association or any event that may require registration. The personal information user provides to us and information about user’s activities on our website will not be shared, sold, or given to any third party invested in the business of marketing, or collecting marketing information. Upon request, individuals shall be given access to their recorded personal information.

When paying membership fees online, credit card information is not stored in permanent or temporary files or in a database on any MPHA server.  Memberships are set up for automatic renewals; this can be turned off in MPHA member account settings.

MPHA has authorized Stripe to process credit card transactions for membership registration fees and any event that may require registration.  Stripe will provide some or all of the Service from systems located within the United States or other countries outside of US and Cardholder Data may be transferred, processed and stored outside of US and, as set forth in its Privacy Policy, may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.
